Information for anyone planning a visit to 56 Dean St that is hard of hearing.

Hello.

We want to make sure your visit to Dean St goes smoothly.

People who are hard of hearing can book an appointment with us by email: chelwest.56.deanstreet@nhs.net

We’ll need your name, birth date and patient number if you have one. Let us know which service you need and we’ll email you back. Please tell us if you would like a BSL interpreter. We’ll highlight that you are hard of hearing on your notes and make sure that the team are expecting you.
