Trans &
non-binary services

We offer a range of sexual health services for the trans and non-binary community. All our waiting areas, toilets and screening rooms are gender neutral.

If you prefer a dedicated space,
56T IS A HOLISTIC SEXUAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING SERVICE FOR ALL TRANS AND NON-BINARY PEOPLE.

56T runs every Wednesday 4:30pm-7:00pm Level 3, 56 Dean Street by appointment only. 56T has changed to a booked service, you will need to register an online account with us even if you have an existing one due an upgrade of our system. After registering please select option 10. You can also call us on 0203 315 5656 during Call Centre hours to book. Book to see us for Hormone testing, Sexual Health Screening, to start or continue PrEP, Emergency Contraception and PEP,  Symptomatic sexual problems, prescribed hormone injection administered and for smear testing (bring your hormone prescription with you) and Gender support.

 

Whilst 56T specialise in hormones, smear testing and Gender support, we can see you in our main Dean Street Clinic for many of the above options by booking online using the button below and selecting the relevant service under ‘Dean Street’ Clinic.

Services:

  • Sexual health screening
  • Liver function tests
    (Important for monitoring the impact of hormone therapy)
  • Hepatitis B testing and vaccination
  • Cervical smear testing (for 25Y+ with cervix) – pre-booked clinic every Tues evening
  • Hormone injections (If prescribed by UK registered doctor / ID required)
    A pre-booked clinic is also available, Weds 12:45pm – 3:15pm
  • Sexual assault, hate crime support and ongoing case work (Via Galop)
  • PrEP (HIV prevention medicine)

Trans plus

TransPlus is the first integrated Gender, Sexual Health and HIV service commissioned by NHS England, based at 56 Dean Street. Click the link to find out more and to find out if you’re eligible.
