Have you decided to make some changes around your Chems use?

This is a tool that can help you to identify a goal and work towards it. It’s helped many people ready to make a change. You can do it with your healthcare provider or on your own.

You can download all your responses as a PDF to track progress or check back when you want. There are no compulsory fields. You can go back and forth as many times as you like.

Abstinence is a big goal, and may require some learning about how to manage cravings and triggers without acting upon them. This represents quite a change in our lives and some adapting to new habits and a new lifestyle.

Most importantly, we need to develop a new relationship with sex. Sober sex is known as the biggest challenge to those of us who are choosing to be abstinent from Chems.

If you want to stop Chems completely you’re more likely to be successful if you have learned to manage triggers and cravings first. This tool can help you do identifying manageable goals that will boost your confidence and help you make progress to the bigger step of abstinence.

You can also make use of local drug support services to learn these skills or use Twelve Step support groups like Narcotics Anonymous, Crystal Meth Anonymous or Sex-Addicts Anonymous.
